Problem: An early-stage retailer had customer orders coming through eCommerce, physical retail and social media. These orders were manually keyed into billing software and further to tax filing tool which resulted in missing invoices, delayed processing and more than 3 days turnaround time. 

Solution: We implemented end to end integration of all commerce channels and tools delivering a scalable and efficient single platform. 

Value based business outcome: The company was able to automate order receipt, billing and tax filing. Now it experiences touchless transaction process for orders received through all commerce channels right up to packaging. The company realized same day turnaround time and saved 67% on resource cost.
