Report Intellectual Property Infringement

Warmhands Design Labs Private Limited (with its affiliates, “Warmhands”, “we”, “us” and “our”) respect the intellectual property (“IP”) rights of others including trademark, copyright and patent.

To report a legitimate claim of IP infringement, you may provide the following:

1 Details:

1.1 Your name, your designation, your company's name, address, email and telephone number with extension;

1.2 SKU number or a detailed description of item in our website along with website link that is infringing your rights;

1.3 Detail of your trademark, copyright, patent that you claim has been infringed along with relevant certificate copies and where possible include a copy or the location (e.g., URL) of an authorized version of the work;

1.4 A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the website or Content. Provide us with its URL or any other pertinent information that will allow us to locate the submission;

1.5 A signed statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

2. Above detail to be printed and signed along with the declaration that "I confirm that the above information in this notification is correct and I am the copyright owner or authorised representative of the above said intellectual property rights".

3.Scanned PDF copy of above be emailed to in-palm-designlabs@warminghands.com

If the information you submit is not accurate or complete, we may be unable to process or respond to your request. If you are not an intellectual property rights owner or their authorised agent, we will not be able to process the submitted notification. Once we receive an accurate notification of IP infringement, our response to such notice will include removal of listing(s) from the website, Content or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringement.

What happens if I cancel my subscription, retainer plan?

If you cancel your subscription/retainer, you'll lose access to the Service and forfeit your unused credits or hours as applicable.

Do credits or hours expire?

Unused credits or hours in your Service automatically expire 180 calendar days from the date of purchase. Eg: If you took a 4hr pack in January 1, 2020, then you could use the same including and up to 29 Jun 2020.
