Shipping policy

Overview

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:

Order verification, customisation, quality check and packaging- All orders are dispatched as soon as the items in your order becomes available or within 72 hours after the order is placed whichever being more. In the event the items or Services in your order remains unavailable, we will process cancellation of your order as soon as possible. The carrier processes the orders, which takes an additional 2 to 4 days.

Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination within India but can take longer from time to time. But you can always request your order to be bumped up by few days by contacting in-plam-designlabs@warminghands.com and we will do our best to ship your order early.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not taken into account towards the Processing and Shipping time.

Shipping Notification

Shortly after you place your order, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation that it’s being processed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and or text message containing your order details, courier and tracking information.

If ordering as a gift, please provide an additional note mentioning so.

Make sure that the email address and mobile number on your order is correct. If you do not receive the emails, please check your spam folder.

Notifications related to Services would be as per our Terms of Services. Since a declared pandemic and/or epidemic restrictions may change, Warmhands reserves the right to convert an in-person session into a virtual session when conditions warrant such an action. By registering for in-person session, you affirm you are fully vaccinated for the specific pandemic declared by the World Health Organization or have received a negative result for the related test that was administered in the last 7 days and had no related symptoms in the last 10 days before the date of the session. Additional requirements are dependent upon local regulations & requirements will be provided with individual session details.

Changes to your order

Once your order has been prepared for shipping or has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery information

If your order is being delivered to a business address, the courier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point. If you provide a home address which has a security service, the courier will deliver to the security service unless they specify otherwise.

If the courier cannot complete the delivery or the recipient cannot accept the order, it may be returned to Warmhands as per Courier's standard policy.

If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, the courier may leave a message. You can contact the courier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date or directly collect from their office on submission of valid documents.

A declared pandemic and or epidemic would cause failure or delay of the upstream supply chain, delayed shipment/delivery, delayed discharge of duties, delay in the availability of documents and severe supply chain/shipping disruptions. Any additional costs incurred to discharge to an alternative port/destination and/or demurrage paid to the carrier would be allocated to you.

Damaged or defective orders

If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please notify us within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

In case of any damage to your delivery, Warmhands will contact courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed on the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement after receipt of return.

Multiple Shipments

The merchandise you order may be fulfilled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. Your order may also be split into separate shipping packages. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances and your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages.

Items from multiple orders may also be combined into same package if orders are from same customer account and being shipped around same time to the same address. You will incur the total of original shipping charge applicable to each of the orders in such case.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

If you chose to ship to multiple addresses, we will add the then applicable shipping rate for each additional address.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India.

Customs, Duties And Taxes

All fees (taxes, duties etc) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk Of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to our standard Terms of Service.
